Birkebeinerrennet is Birken’s flagship mass-participation cross-country ski race in Norway. The official Birken event page lists the 87th edition on Saturday 20 March 2027 as a 53 km classic race from Rena to Lillehammer, bringing together recreational skiers and experienced athletes in the same mountain event.
