DESCRIPTION:The Marcha Ciclodeportiva Pedro Delgado\, popularly known as 'La Perico'\, is a classic Spanish gran fondo road event that starts and finishes in Segovia and is hosted by 1988 Tour de France winner Pedro Delgado. Two routes are offered: a Gran Fondo of 164 km with about 3\,200 m of climbing and a shorter Fondo of 119 km with around 2\,100 m\, taking in the iconic Sierra de Guadarrama passes of Navacerrada\, Cotos\, La Morcuera\, Canencia and Navafría. The start is from Plaza de la Artillería next to the Roman aqueduct\, with the finish at the Pabellón Pedro Delgado.
