The Humenský MTB Cyklomaratón Singletracky Hubková is a mountain bike marathon held in the forests of Hubková above Humenné, in the Prešov region of eastern Slovakia. It counts as a round of the Prešov regional MTB league, with a 23 km short course (650 m of climbing) and a 40 km long course (1,200 m of climbing) for juniors, men and women. The event blends fast singletrack with technical climbs through the Vihorlat foothills.
