The Humenský Cyklomaratón is an annual MTB marathon held in Humenné in eastern Slovakia, organised by the local civic association CykloHe in cooperation with the city. Routes traverse the wooded ridges of the Vihorlat foothills and the Hubková recreation area above town, with multiple distance options for cross-country and marathon riders. The event is part of the Prešov region cycling calendar and welcomes both club racers and recreational mountain bikers.
