Cyklomaraton Carnohurec is a mountain bike marathon held in Brezovica nad Torysou, in the Saris region of eastern Slovakia, with the 2026 edition set for 22 August. The race forms the fifth round of the Presov Region MTB League and uses forest tracks and singletrack in the wooded hills above the village. The 2026 main course is approximately 45 km. The event is organised by Bike club Brezovica and welcomes both licensed racers and recreational mountain bikers from across the region.
